Andrew Stringfellow is Schonhofer’s Coaching Practice Leader.

As a coach he specialises in partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through clear contracting Andrew works alongside clients so they are able to raise awareness, identify goals and achieve measurable outcomes.

Andrew’s passion is for individuals and organisations to be the best they can be. He has extensive experience over 15 years in accompanying, mentoring and consulting individuals and organisations and has worked in a variety of settings within the public, voluntary and corporate sectors.  In 2011 he founded an inner city outreach project bringing together multiple stakeholders to tackle gang violence and social deprivation through positive action and engagement. He has negotiated peace keeping initiatives in times of heightened tension in communities and has accompanied hundreds of individuals through the very best and worst times of their lives. Through acute listening, humour and optimism Andrew enables individuals to see for themselves new paths and possibilities. In 2015 he published his first book The Gift of Grief.

He lives in Henley on Thames, enjoys the gym, socialising, solitude and walking the dog. He joined Schonhofer in 2018 after a long standing collaboration with CEO and Founder Barbara Schönhofer.
